“It’s different from other exercise programs and classes because the intense routines change every six weeks for muscle confusion. This keeps your body from adapting so you get real results. Our bodies were designed to walk, run, climb, crawl, push, pull and jump. This comes naturally to children but as we age we forget these natural movement patterns. With this in mind, I create my routines using calisthenics, bodyweight exercises, plyometrics and dumbells. My bootcamp is designed with only the most efficient exercises and fun, challenging routines that focus on strength, balance and core and hip stability.”
